Open Question: Is it legal for a 15 year to work two jobs?

I am 15. And a competitive figure skater. Skating is such an expensive sport. I love it so much and I could never imagine giving up on my dream due to money. And my family financial circumstances are horrible. Since my dad has gotten really sick there is not extra money in the house. My mom can barely afford my synchronized skating tuition and my private lessons. And I have a job but I need to put money away to travel in the winter. And with my weekly fees for sessions and what not it is nearly impossible to put a dime away. So is it legal for me to work two jobs? It is summer. The government has no problem taking money from me now. I was thinking why would the care if they got to take MORE money from me. If you have any information please let me know. Thanks! :]
