Open Question: I don’t feel love from my parents and others is it ok if im in live with my mom’s friend?

My mom’s friend is a nice lady and she made me feel really special yesterday… since then I can’t get her off my head. Thinking of her makes me feel awesome. I just don’t feel love from anyone and she makes me feel special enough to feel like i can open my heart up. advice??
PS: im not underage and she’s in her 40’s i think
