Open Question: BOYS BOYS BOYS… EVERYONE HELP ME!!?

One of my close friends, who I happened to date for a very short time (like 5 weeks) told me today that he is still in love with me. He wants me back. It was a year ago that we went out and he has had lots of girlfriends sinse. He told me that he only ever went out with them because he was trying to make me jealous and trying to get over me. He’s really embarressed and I feel really bad becausee…
I also dated one of his best mates (let’s call him Jim) (he told me he was fine with this (but today he told me he really wasn’t) so yeah I dated him) Also the guy that still loves me wants to bash him cos he thinks that JIM cheated on me but that never happened. I really really really fell for JIm, like really. It’s over now and I’m fairly upset about it because we both still like each other but he know has a different girlfriend. Me and Jim are best friends now but we still want each other but are afraid to go back there (for the third time)
Also there are these two guys that are competing for me. They are both my close friends but I don’t know whether to take them seriously because I don’t think it’s rite that they are kind of using me as a competition. So I really dont know what to do. Both of these guys are incredibley great, nice guys that seriously aren’t jerks at all.
Can you all just give me some advice about what I should do with all three cases. The only one that I really want is (JIM) but things are so complicated and i’m afraid that I will lose some friendships here.
