Open Question: Annoying EX GIRLFRIEND ISSUE. UR OPINION PLS?

Ok last night I called my ex girlfriend and I told her that I am sick of her games. She has a boyfriend but she still called me, then weeks lata sends me msg that she saw me and then chats with me. All with in last three months and she was the one who said it is not good idea to talk. I asked her why she keeps on contacting me. She was making silly excuses and saying she doesn’t love me, I told her either u are with ur boyfriend or me as it seems to me that it is not working out with him. Anyways she goes she will delete my number and me from msn. I said fine with me. Do u think I did the right thing? Also, if she loves her boyfriend then why she contacts me, posts sexy pics on msn. Do you think she is not happy with him?
